01Agreement to These Terms

By subscribing to 8K IPTV USA or activating a free trial, you agree to the terms on this page. If you do not agree with any part of them, do not subscribe. These terms form the complete agreement between you and us regarding the service.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction.

02Your Account and Credentials

After payment you receive login credentials tied to your subscription. These credentials are personal to you and to your household. You are responsible for keeping them private.

Each plan includes a set number of simultaneous connections. Exceeding that limit may cause streams to fail. If you need additional connections, contact support rather than sharing one set of credentials across multiple homes.

03Acceptable Use

Your subscription is for personal viewing in your own household.

• ✓Watching on your own devices at home or while traveling
• ✓Using any compatible app or player you prefer
• ✕Reselling, sublicensing or redistributing access in any form
• ✕Public or commercial broadcasting, including in bars, hotels or venues
• ✕Recording, copying or redistributing content from the service
• ✕Attempting to reverse engineer, scrape or overload the platform

04Payments and Renewals

All prices are listed in US dollars and shown clearly on the pricing section before purchase. Payment is taken upfront for the full plan duration. We accept PayPal, cryptocurrency, bank transfer, Western Union, MoneyGram, Revolut and Remitly.

Subscriptions do not renew automatically. When your plan ends, access stops until you choose to renew. There are no recurring charges, no stored payment methods and nothing to cancel.

05Service Availability

We aim for continuous availability and maintain infrastructure to support it, but no streaming service can promise zero interruption. Brief outages may occur during maintenance, upstream provider issues or unusually high demand.

Channel lineups change over time as upstream sources change. We add and remove channels regularly, and the specific list available at any moment is not guaranteed to remain identical for the length of your subscription.

Streaming quality depends on your internet connection. Minimum speeds are listed on our homepage. We cannot resolve problems caused by connections below those thresholds.

06Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate a subscription that breaches these terms, particularly regarding credential sharing, resale or commercial use. Where a breach is clear, termination is immediate and no refund is issued.

You may stop using the service at any time. Since nothing renews automatically, simply not renewing ends the relationship. Refund eligibility is covered separately in our Refund Policy.

07Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription period.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed events, lost time or any damage arising from service interruption. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the service complies with the laws that apply where you live.

08Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated as the service evolves. The date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent revision. Continuing to use 8K IPTV USA after an update means you accept the revised terms.
